In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, Harlem Academy's team has made temporary changes to the admissions process, including a transition to virtual information sessions and interviews via Zoom. Harlem Academy is accepting applications for September 2021. We use rolling admissions, so there are no specific deadlines in the process. However, space is limited so interested families are advised to fill out the online interest form right away and to submit the rest of the application materials as soon as possible.
 

APPLICATION PROCESS

Completing the following steps is required for our admissions committee to make an initial assessment.  
 
1. Fill out your interest form

Please complete this interest form and join the HA Admissions portal.

2. Submit the rest of your application materials

Review your family's admissions checklist on the HA Admissions portal. Upload and complete the requested admissions materials.

Next steps

Families invited by the admissions committee to continue with the second phase of admissions are invited to attend and online family interview and submit completed teacher and personal recommendation forms.
