Use evaluation and data-driven understanding of your students to drive teaching decisions.
Manage school-day routines and environments to ensure safety, academic performance, and holistic growth.
Build genuine relationships with families through formal and informal written correspondence, meetings, volunteer opportunities, and overall collaboration toward our students’ growth.
Advise students, lead electives, and contribute holistically to our culture and mission.
Demonstrate professional conduct and a thoughtful, team-oriented approach.
Reflect on and improve professional practices with mission-focus, depth, and honesty.
