As a volunteer with the second grade writing project, I get to spend time with some of the brightest and most imaginative students I’ve ever met.

The Founders' Circle acknowledges the philanthropic leadership of individuals and organizations during Harlem Academy's first 10 years. Each member has made a lifetime commitment of at least $50,000 during the fiscal year in which they are entered into the circle.
We are proud to further acknowledge the active roles taken by members of this circle in guiding Harlem Academy's growth, introducing the school to other potential supporters, and continuing to make annual and multi-year contributions, some of more than a million dollars.
Harlem Academy will forever be indebted to the Founders' Circle for their commitment to both the program that has made a difference each day since Sept. 13, 2004, and the vision for its continued growth.
