Lower & Middle School Buddies

The Lower and Middle School Buddies program encourages regular, positive interaction between older and younger students, helping to establish role models and mentors within the school community. Middle school students are paired with lower school classes to lead projects geared towards younger students’ skill sets, such as arts and crafts, sports, and acting. Middle school advisors and students work together to develop activities and plans for their time with the younger students. Students take ownership of their projects and are expected to be detailed, creative, and passionate about their work.
