Model Programs

Harlem Academy continues to develop model programs so students everywhere can benefit from our ongoing learning and innovation. Evolution is a core value at the school. As a team, we are mission focused, reflective, evidence driven, and agile - strategies that help to continually improve our programming. Evaluation and analysis guide every strategic decision, and we make sure that resources are available to facilitate change.

Harlem Academy prioritizes the communication of its results. We have shared our model with 16 prospective and established schools from nine states and two foreign countries and in a number of public forums, including the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, AGATE (Advocacy for Gifted and Talented Education in New York State), and Schools That Can.
