Grade Six

In grade six, students learn about the area and circumference of a circle, square, rectangle, and triangle. Students continue their study of geometry with a deeper exploration of angles and two-dimensional representations of three-dimensional solids. Students continue their work in statistics with an exploration of pie charts. In addition, students are introduced to algebraic expressions with one variable.
