to Benefit Harlem Academy
To celebrate Black History Month, the Consulate General of France in New York and Consul General Philippe Lalliot host an auction and cocktail party benefiting Harlem Academy each February. Guests enjoy an auction, hors d’oeuvres, champagne, and music.
